Delivery & returns

Orders are packed by hand within one to two business days. Once a parcel leaves us you will receive an email with tracking, so you can follow it the whole way.

Shipping is complimentary on every order over $95. Below that, the exact rate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.

If a piece is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund.

• Pieces should be unopened and in their original packaging
• Opened fragrance and scented pieces cannot be resold, so they fall outside the standard window
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the piece reaches us
• Anything that arrives damaged or incorrect is replaced at our cost — simply write to us

Everything ships in recycled and recyclable materials. We do not use plastic fill, and we do not add anything to a parcel that exists only to look expensive on arrival.

Where a piece can be refilled rather than replaced, we make that the default. Refill availability is noted on each product page.
